Welcome to Lana’s Cleaning. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and custom cleaning based on client request.
Service scope is discussed and confirmed prior to scheduling. Additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges.
2. Access to Property
Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If cleaners cannot enter, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.
We recommend clients secure pets and valuable items during the cleaning appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows may be charged in full.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted methods: credit/debit, or invoice. Only in some scenarios we accept, cash or check.
Late payments are subject to a $15 fee after 7 days past due.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area free of charge.
Refunds are not offered unless a service was not rendered or there was a billing error.
6. Damage & Liability
Our team takes great care, but accidents can occur. Clients must report any damage or issues within 24 hours of the service.
- We carry general liability insurance.
- Lana’s Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed, or damage due to poor surface condition.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the original service.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:
- Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
- Inappropriate behavior toward our staff
- Unreasonable demands or scope beyond agreed terms
8. Client Conduct
Clients agree to treat our team with professionalism and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of services.
9. Use of Photos
With client consent, we may take before-and-after photos of cleaning areas for training or marketing purposes. No identifiable client info will be shown.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or our website.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
