What cleaning services do you offer?

We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out services, Airbnb turnover, post-construction cleaning, and commercial janitorial services.

How do I book a cleaning?

You can call, text, or use our online booking/contact form to request an appointment. We’ll confirm everything with you within 24 hours.

Scheduling & Availability

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for deep cleans or move-outs. Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning plans at discounted rates.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.

Do you clean during evenings or weekends?

We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays. Commercial clients can request after-hours service.

Residential Cleaning

What’s included in a standard home cleaning?

Our standard clean includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface wipe-downs, bathroom sanitizing, and kitchen cleaning. We also take out trash and tidy up main living spaces.

What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?

A deep clean includes extra detail such as baseboards, vents, behind/under furniture, inside appliances (on request), and more thorough scrubbing throughout the home.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

That’s totally up to you. Many clients give us a key or code so we can clean while they’re away.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all supplies and tools, including eco-friendly products. Let us know if you prefer us to use your products instead.

Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Yes! We use non-toxic, eco-conscious products that are safe for your family and furry friends.

Do you do laundry or dishes?

We can help with laundry folding, basic dishwashing, or other add-on chores—just let us know when booking.

Move-In / Move-Out & Specialty Cleaning

Do you clean inside appliances for move-outs?

Yes! Our move-in/move-out service includes inside the oven, fridge, cabinets, closets, and drawers.

Can you help with organizing or decluttering?

Yes, we offer organizing services by request. Great for closets, kitchens, or office spaces.

Do you offer post-construction or renovation cleaning?

Yes! We remove dust, debris, and residue after remodeling or construction projects.

Commercial Cleaning

Can you clean after hours or weekends?

Yes, we provide flexible evening or weekend cleaning for commercial clients.

How often can you clean our office?

We offer daily, weekly, or customized schedules depending on your traffic and space needs.

Payments & Policies

How do I pay for services?

Invoices are provided after each visit. Only in certain situations are we accepting other forms of payments.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is never required but always appreciated if you feel we did an exceptional job.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If anything is missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Do you charge extra for pet hair or very dirty spaces?

Heavily soiled areas or homes with excessive pet hair may incur a small additional charge, but we’ll always discuss this upfront.
